Mother's Day is right around the corner. Don't panic. If you have't put together a gift yet, all you need to do is swing by your local CVS to pick up a few goodies and put them together to create this cute Mani Pedi gift set for mom.
Most of the moms I know could use a day at the spa. Realistically, that's not going to happen for most of us, but a little treat like this basket would sure be a nice surprise along with breakfast in bed and a handmade card.
I started with a small colorful bucket I picked up at CVS. Then I shopped the nail care section and found my favorite gel-like polish called Sally Hansen Miracle Gel. It's AWESOME. Then I added a Beauty 360 manicure set and some lotion from Burt's Bees. I love the Almond & Milk hand cream--it's thick and rich and perfect for any mom who is hard on her hands. My mom loves to garden, so this cream will be the perfect thing to revitalize her hands.
Skip the Crowds and Take Your Family Skiing in Waterville Valley

Directions for Mani Pedi Gift Set
It took me one trip to CVS to gather everything I needed. After I shopped for all my supplies, and tucked them into the basket there was just one more step--making the gift tag. Using a free printable from www.iheartnaptime.net/mothers-day-gift-tags I made this bucket extra pretty. Head over to I Heart Naptime and click to download, print the labels on hard paper stock and then pair it with a pretty little canvas heart like the one we found at Michaels's. Viola! You've got a great, last-minute gift for mom.
Total Cost: $30
Think creatively about the gifts you select. Most moms just want to know you're thinking of them, you don't have to put a huge price tag on your gift, just give it with love and you can't go wrong.
