What To Expect When You're Expecting: The Workout


I am sure you have all read the New York Times best selling book "What to Expect When You'??re Expecting" book by Heidi Murkoff and might even have seen the movie as well. But did you know that Heidi also has an exercise DVD out called "What To Expect When You'reExpecting: The Workout. I am thrilled to have yet another wonderful DVD I can workout to. Like I've said before, getting to the gym with your third pregnancy is impossible. Now when my daughter naps I pop in this DVD and complete a quick workout which I can feel good about all day long.

The ultimate pregnancy exercise program just released December 4th, is designed to help you fit fitness into all nine months of your pregnancy. With six 10 minute mix-and-match routines, you can customize your workout to fit your growing body. You are able to stay fit and firm throughout your pregnancy with cardio, stretch and strength workouts to coordinate with your mood and your growing body from day to day, week to week and trimester to trimester.

Workout intervals include: 3 Cardio, 2 Strength and 1 Stretch & Relax, plus bonus workouts you can do anywhere. Here is a breakdown of the intervals which are perfect for when you don't want to have an intense workout you can just follow the "stretch and relax" and "strength" sequences.
