I am a big fan of snacking. Whether it's having nibbles while on-the-go or stashing snacks for my daughter, snacking is a great way to combat that mid-afternoon slump and retain much-needed nutrients to get you through your day. One of my favorite snack options is Triscuit crackers - complete with their delicious woven whole wheat goodness. This crunchy and hearty snack is a fantastic way to get some hearty whole grains and fiber. Recently, Triscuit launched another crunchy snack with their Dill, Sea Salt and Olive Oil cracker - a first new addition to their cracker line since 2008.
While testing out this cracker, I loved the rich dill flavor that was complimented nicely with the sea salt and delicious addition of olive oil. I also tried them with some toppings like smoked salmon and cream cheese, cucumber slices and tomato (separately) that made for a delicious and filing snack.

What You Need
2 TRISCUIT Dill, Sea Salt & Olive Oil Crackers
2 thin cucumber slices
1/2 oz. ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, cut into 2 slices
1/2 tsp. finely chopped roasted red peppers
2 black olive slices
1/4 tsp. lemon zest
Top crackers with ingredients. Enjoy!
