Boo. There I did it. I scared you. My job here is done. Actually, I'??m waiting desperately for our little Halloween party for our daughter. But it'??s not her I hope to scare. Nope, she'??s as tough as nails and doesn'??t scare easily. Instead one of her friend'??s moms is really afraid of spiders. So she certainly won'??t mind the two-foot fuzzy black light up one I bought, will she. Heh.
When I'??m not scaring my guests during this party, I will be enveloping them in the lovely scents of pumpkin pie, frosted cupcakes, spiced cider. I'??m really going all out'?¦.and lighting candles. Oh, sorry, did you think I was cooking?
Bath & Body Works has these adorable Halloween candles from Slatkin & Co.'??s Halloween Collection. With frosted bats, spiders and skulls (oh my!), they really up the spooky quotient for the holiday. And the scents on these large three-wick candles are incredible, really making your mouth water for some sweet treats. Don'??t worry. You can always raid your child trick or treating bag later to satisfy that need.
If you'??re like me and already have a ton of candles lying around the house, you can also dress them up this Halloween with the Slatkin & Co. candle sleeves. I love the black haunted house one, but the skull is equally as ghoulish. Just drop your candle into the center and you'??ve got a scary scene.
No, this party of mine can'??t get here quick enough. I just wish the time would fly. But I hope that doesn'??t attract any spiders.
The Slatkin & Co. Candles are available for $19.50 and Candle Sleeves are $7.50 at Bath & Body Works stores.
