Patagonia: Familiar Name, New Styles

Did you know Patagonia sells shoes? I have always known Patagonia to be the perfect stop for athletic and outdoor wears, and even boots, but not shoes. This Green Mama is especially happy about this as Patagonia has always pledged to be an environmentally responsible company dedicated to improving its standards year after year. They are dedicated to a policy of use, repair, and reuse and when you cannot do anything to use the product, they recycle it.

Patagonia has a new line of spring shoes that will make you take a double look. Fashion forward, comfortable and quality footwear is available from Patagonia in a variety of styles and fun spring and summer colors.

The new styles are casual and sophisticated with a look for everyone. The best part? They made by Patagonia so you know that their desire is to leave a minimal footprint on the planet. All styles include "partial recycled content and strive to cause no necessary harm in the manufacturing process".

I love these Maha"curl" flats (shown in dragonfruit) with their adorable but not too girlie bow. They are cut so well that I can wear them all day long. I always find flats to not be as comfortable as you would think, but these Maha "curl" flats are flexible and don't slip off my feet. They are not too narrow and the rounded toe lets my toes have all the wiggle room they need. The "curl' retails for $110. The Maha also comes in several other styles like "breathe" which includes breathable mesh and some features of their trail shoes and retails for $90. Colors include Black, Sable Brown, and Dragonfruit. Check here for styles and colors.

The Bandha Sandal come in many styles. I love the strappy Bandha Criss-cross. It is a earthy take on the Grecian look. The Bandha Criss Cross has an easy close, which is something I really appreciated as it is often impossible for me to actually bend down and fit that tiny pin through that tiny hold to strap on my shoes!

Patagonia made it much easier for this busy mom. I love that I can wear these shoes all day long once it warms up and I can be fashionable, stick to my green roots and be most of all, comfortable! The Bandha Strappy Sandal comes in Deep Space, Dried Vanilla, and Black and retails for $110. Click here for the other Bandha Styles that might interest you.
