We were beyond excited when we found out we were expecting a third child. At first, we went back and forth trying to decide if we should stay in New York City or move to the burbs. After deciding we are definitely staying here, the second question was, "what stroller would we need". Strollers act our our vehicles here in NYC. Strollers not only take our children from one place to another but also help us grocery shop, nap our children, and if you have multiple children, need a plan on how to commute them as well.
Momtrends was super excited to test out theOrbit G2 Travel Collection! The Orbit G2 is the world'??s first Green certified fabric stroller and car seat, with an array of colorful fabrics, ensuring they are easier on your baby's skin. The Orbit Travel Collection comes with a complete four-piece travel system with everything a new parent needs, including a car seat and toddler seat which gives you an infant-to-toddler stroller with features that you won't find anywhere else. I've tested out quite a few strollers and the fact that I do not need a car seat adaptor for my stroller is key.
One of my favorite features is the rotating seat from parent facing, to forward, and even sideways. The stroller can practically be pulled in anywhere, great for dining out at restaurants just move the seat sideways towards the table. The cargo pod below, although a little small can be removed and act as a storage pouch, perfect when you need to quickly take your baby's stuff along. You can purchase a side storage for your stroller called the Stroller Panniers which can hold extra cargo. Another feature I always look for when purchasing a stroller is how they fold up. The Orbit's extremely easy allowing you to single-handed twist and lift to fold the base. For my kids, their ultimate favorite part of the Orbit is the side boards which allows a "skateboard" side-riding position. You can add up to two sidekicks allowing your second and third child to ride alongside. Orbit also added special touches such as costumizing your kickboard with your child's name. Its these little details that make me love the Orbit brand!
Orbit just introduced the Double Helix Frame, which is a double stroller. And if you already own an Orbit G2, you can purchase just the second seat and frame allowing you to expand your stroller. The Orbit Travel Collection is one of the best on the market and is a wonderful investment, as this will be the only stroller you will need for a growing family!
