As the Editor of I see a lot of books and trends when it comes to motherhood. Most of them are fluffy and provide broad strokes. Erin's book is all about digging deeper and giving specific advice and suggestions for new moms. Her book is full of affirmations and fell-good guru speak, but there's also plenty of blunt honesty about what it takes to get back in shape.
