Cookware has come a long way since a basic pot and pan where you can now find innovative gadgets to make cooking easier. I was recently at a preview at the Meyer Corporation where I had the chance to check out the latest cookware, Bakeware, Stoneware, Cutlery, Tools, and Gadgets from Anolon, Circulon, KitchenAid, Farberware, Rachael Ray, and Paula Deen. Here are some of my favorite new pieces:
Hard Anodized Cookware: From the Circulon Cookware line this collection features two new open stock specialty items designed to help home cooks prepare and enjoy wholesome and healthy meals. This includes the new Circulon Contempo Hard Anodized 9-inch Frittata Pan and 3.5 Quart Asparagus Pot with a Basket.
I loved the frittata pan that makes it easy to make this delicious egg dish without needing a plate or even a broiler. It works with its specially designed skillets that feature interlocking side handles that will prevent spilling while allowing for an easy flip. The aspargus pot was also innovative where you can cook the long spears without the use of a colander.
Additionally, all of the hard anodized pans feature stylish and silicone-free handles that provide a slip-free grip. The cookware is also designed with gently domed-shaped lids that are made of clear, break-resistant glass rimmed in stainless steel - providing for kitchenware that is effective and stylish.

Stoneware from Rachael Ray. Rachael Ray is always on top of trendy and colorful cookware, and this season her line includes a gorgeous collection of stoneware. Featured baker, casserole, and individual serving dishes I loved checking out this vibrant and functional line. This oven-to-table stoneware makes it easy to cook and serve while also designing your table in a unique way. The platters and bowls also feature wide handles so that you can establish a firm and steady grip. I also loved her silicone suction lids that form an airtight seal to any flat-container, helping to keep food fresh for storage and her collection of tools and gadgets like the lazy slotted spoon, bamboo spoonualas, and lazy tongs whose drips stays in the pan and not on the countertop!
Roasters and New Colors from KitchenAid. Although we are thinking about summer, the holidays are never far from our mind. This season, KitchenAid is making cooking even easier with two new roasters - the 16.5x 13.5-inch Roaster with Hanging U-Rack and the 16.5x14-inch Roaster with Self-Rack. The U-Rack features two securely riveted and well-raised, stainless steel handles that provide ample room to grip and hold a turkey or roast up to 23 pounds! The Self-Rack features an extra wide rim on each side of the pan to ensure easy and secure fitting, and a built-in rack design for fast cleaning!
KitchenAid is also introducing a new vibrant teal-blue shade called Peacock that will featured in a variety of sets including a 12-piece cookware set, a twin pack skillet set and a open stock set. I loved checking out this playful and fun color that would add just the right amount of color to any kitchen.
