My definition of luxury has changed significantly since I have become a mom. Now, there is nothing better than taking a warm bath with some of my favorite body scrubs. I recently had the chance to try an incredible crushed sea salt and raw brown sugar scrub by Lifetherapy, a brand based on the philosophy that you can enhance your mood through a subtle fragrance.

Created by Lynette Lovelace, the Lifetherapy line focuses on enhances ones mood while arousing the senses and allowing you to escape. This includes a line of hand crèmes, oil roll-on perfumes, ultra rich body crèmes, hydrating body lotions and their new line of Skin Nourishing Body Scrubs. Currently sold online, at Henri Bendel and ABC Home, the scrubs feature a line of five fragrances: Play, Vacation, Chill, Escape and Flirt that contain all natural ingredients designed to gently exfoliate dead skin cells without dehydrating the skin. The product is packed with various oils of sweet almond, macadamia and sunflower seed along with Shea Butter and vitamin E that leaves the skin vibrant, soft and healthy.

I tested out the 8 oz. Escape fragrance that was the little bit of bliss I needed to my day as I was greeted with an refreshing scent of pineapple and gardenia. In addition to the calming scent, I loved the feeling of how the raw brown sugar and crushed sea salt felt against my tired body that worked by gently exfoliating my dead skin cells, which left my skin smooth and supple while also laying a foundation for future body lotion absorption.

Celebrity mom Kate Hudson is already a fan of this line that really makes your skin feel vibrant and refreshed as you soak in its delicious and refreshing scents and receive a much-needed home spa treatment. Although my definition of luxury is different it is certainly nice to find a way to discover bliss in a bottle.
