Sure, we love fashion and beauty and discovering new products on the market but we also like to stay connected to the latest gadgets in the digital world. A few weeks ago, Momtrends had the pleasure to attend CNET's Gotham Pop-Up Store and scoop out the hottest tech gifts as recommended by publishers Liz Gumbinner and Kristen Chase from Cool Mom Tech and Molly Wood and Lindsey Turrentin from CNET.

I loved learning about their picks featuring a selection of functional gadgets like the Sono, a wireless audio system as well as cute iPad clutches and personalized iPhone cases. Here are some of the Cool Mom's top picks that would complete any wish list.

1. Jawbone Jambox. This is not only a cute speaker but an innovative one that connects with mobile phones, computers, tablets, iPods, or any other Bluetooth device. Bonus: It is also wireless and features a stream to share music and games.

2. The iPhone 4S. Both the ladies from Cool Mom Tech and CNET agreed that the newest iPhone (complete with a talking Siri) is a must-have gift complete with more photo editing, sharper pics, face time, parental controls and voice recognition.

3. Sony Cybershot. We are always on the hunt for a lightweight camera that also takes beautiful pictures of our kids. The ladies from Cool Mom Tech said that this one is so easy to use with its 4x optical zoom, face detection and video features. The camera also has 15MB of built-in memory.

4. OnStar FMV Rearview Mirror. This monthly subscription will help you with roadside assistance, emergency notifications and provide a functional mirror as well.

5. Sonos Play:5. A wireless audio system, Sonos features 5 integrated speakers that allows you to stream, play music or use its preloaded internet radio stations.

6. Le Papier Studio iPhone case. We love how you can personalize your iPhone with these uber chic cases. Le Papier is on the forefront of offering innovative and cute designs as well as custom options where they can make a silhouette of your own children.
