H&M Fall Preview
We've long been relying on H&M for quick, inexpensive interpretations of runway trends. They help a mom stay trendy on budget. Did you know you can outfit your kids in equally hip clothing from H&M.
During Fashion Week, we got a chance to pop into the H&M SoHo showroom to take a look at the fall offerings. While we usually swoon over little girl goodies (and there were plenty) what was most notable was the boys collection. That's right MOBs (Moms of boys, of which I am not) this fall you are in fashion heaven.
It's all about the little touches. Check out the woven-in contrasting patchwork on the sweater and the contrasting button detail on this corduroy blazer--nice work H&M.
As for the girls, yes there's plenty to love. We's pick the mix and match dots and floral ensembles and the faux leather and faux fur.
This fall will also bring a new collection centered around a storybook. Moritz! is a lamb with a keen sense of style. We think she's going to be huge this fall. The toys and collection around Mortitz are part of H&M'??s "All for Children" campaign; a collaboration with Unicef (25% of all proceeds will go to Unicef). The collection ranges from baby-size to 8 years.
All these collections hit stores starting the first week of October. For more information visit http://www.hm.com/us/department/KIDS
