Calling All Footwear Innovators

Have you ever seen a product and said 'I could come up with something like that!' Now, Edison Nation, an inventor'??s community, and Stride Rite are asking moms across the nation to share their ideas for footwear innovations -- specifically catered for babies (from newborn to one year) that fuses function with fashion and appeals to busy, on-the-go moms.

When creating your designs, the company is asking that the shoes be easy to stay on, provide children with protection, be fashionable, offer safety, and be washable. Additionally, all ideas must be well-communicated via submission form including images, sketches and any other media that support the idea

Selected ideas will receive a $2,500 minimum advance on 20 years percentage of sales or buyout. Stride Rite will split the royalties 50/50 with the winner. Good luck!
