If you are like me, you are already thinking what your child/children be wearing for the holidays this year. Because I have a boy and girl, its definitely a fun thing that I am able to shop for both genders, but I will say shopping for a boy takes way more time. After all these years of trying to find that perfect outfit, there is still a void in the boys market for cool, hip, and trendy clothing.
But do not worry I have scoured the market this year and here are my top picks for this season's "boy holiday fashions." These picks range in price points and will have everything you need to get your boy in the right gear!
Baby CZ offers super high end luxe pieces. From cashmere sweaters to tweed baby jumpers. Pair any sweater with a jeans this season.
IL Gufo is a wonderful brand from Italy. They just opened a flagship store on Madison Ave in NYC. I am loving how they pair plaid button down shirts over a cardigan sweater.
Appaman has the hippest suits around town. Including their signature monkey tie. Ryder owns a suit and I just love it when paired with high top sneakers. Sometimes its better to mix and match street style with dress up.
Chasing Fireflies: Oh I just adore this catalog everytime I see it in my mailbox. Seems like Chasing Fireflies always offers something for everyone for every season. The red and black argyle vest can be the perfect addition to any button down.
Zara: I especially love this store for Ryder because their trousers seem to fit perfectly. I think it not only looks trendy but fits better when the cut is a slim or straight leg. Check out their houndstooth and tailored pants, some even come with suspenders.
H&M's "All for Children" collection benefitting UNICEF and "Fashion Family" collection features super luxe pieces this season, perfect for dressing up. Even though the pieces look super chic they are still H&M affordable pricing. Bonus!
John Varvatos is a must go to for dress up suiting. The new boys collection for John Varvatos just hit shelves this past August.
Crew Cuts: I know I can always count on Crew Cuts for the essential yet stylish blazer. This year I'm seeing lots of color in their collection. Play around with a bright color jean this holiday.
Childrens Placeis featuring a great holiday collection this year. I've had a chance to preview it this past August and I am thrilled it is now in stores. They also have amazing dress shoes this season and at affordable pricing because how often will your child wear his dress up shoe.
Old Navy has really stepped up to the plate this year offering super cute finds for your baby like this adorable one piece cable knit. Another favorite from them is their screen print tees with bow ties and suspenders on them.
Have fun shopping!
