As a beauty writer, I have all of these product samples lying around. Friends and family are thrilled because twice a year I have a big giant giveaway. They bring the wine. I bring the goodies. It'??s a free-for-all and everyone leaves happy'??with a bag full of intriguing new beauty products to try.

When it comes to newborn products, I'??m torn. I have two girlfriends who just had babies, but they aren'??t local. I wish I could share the baby products I get with these two lovelies, but after shipping, it'??s not really a free-for-all. It'??s a why-didn'??t-they-just-buy-this-locally-it-would-have-been-cheaper-for-all.

Enter bluum.com, a new service that just launched in September. This online monthly subscription is basically a free-for-all for new moms. Except it'??s in their homes, not mine. When you order bluum for your new mom friends (or go ahead and spoil yourself), you'??re ensuring their place right there on the frontline of exciting product launches. Every month they'??ll get a beautifully curated box full of fun new baby care products and beauty treats just for them.

With plans that start at just $9 per month, new moms receive full of four to five deluxe-sized samples that run the gamut from hot finds for baby (like cloth snack holders or organic baby food samples) to chic beauty products to not-so-chic mommy'??s helpers (think stretch mark creams).

Check out bluum.com to see what monthly plan fills your needs. Then they'??ll fill your mailbox. Next free-for-all at my house is in December. See you then. I drink red.
