Big Breakfast, Little Biscuit

Like most of you, I grew up eatingMini-Wheatsfor breakfast. I remember being fascinated by the little biscuit's ability to absorb all of the milk in my bowl and then eating one at a time on my spoon. Thirty years later I still love dunking the biscuit and savoring every bite. Yes, I am eating my second bowl.


As a mom of two kids now my interest in Mini Wheats is no longer focused on the science of the wheat and milk mixture, but on the nutritional value it has to offer. Surprisingly, these little bites are packed with big nutrition with ingredients like whole grain wheat, niacinamide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), zinc oxide, folic acid, and vitamin B12.

In every serving (21 biscuits or one cup),  this cereal stacks up to breakfast options like steel cut oats and eggs and toast.

My kids are also huge fans of Mini Wheats AND the entertaining activities printed on the box.
