My daughter is going through a stage right now where she only wants to wear dresses. She will wear a combo of a dress with leggings or a dress with pants underneath - but never just pants. It's frustrating but I also get that this is part of her budding sense of style. Recently we had the chance to check out the online boutique, Adooka Organics, a US based organic children's clothing line, and she loved the cute collection of printed dressed and tops.
While checking out their site, I also loved learning about the company - especially how they are committed to re-growing the ailing US manufacturing sector while keeping prices low enough to compete with big box brands. This includes prints that are all designed by them and unique to their brand; the ink used is low impact and water based that is good for the Earth. I also really loved that is includes fabrics that are 100% organic and included beautiful styles for girls including the gorgeous Wildflower printed dress with pants. Featuring hand-screened wildflowers the dress comes in a beautiful dress coral with charcoal prints as well as a matching triple-ruffle pant. For some reason these pants didn't bother my daughter (I guess she loved the ruffles) and I also loved the unique patterns and soft materials that she wears any chance that she can. They also have a matching romper for babies that is equally adorable.
Other favorites from the line include the chic Joyful Striped Dress for girls and the Twig berries ruffle romper for babies. I also love the Bicycle raglan tee and the cool Reversible pants - gray/navy for boys.
There are so many options when it comes to children's clothing, and now you can pick a brand that focuses on helping the environment as well as supplying comfortable, unique and modern fashions for our kids.
