Machine Wash Your Bras Safely

We've been testing the Berry Ball as a grown-up exercise. One thing I don't miss about my 20s? Cheap lingerie. In my 40s I feel my "girls" and I deserve beautiful, supportive bras--and that means they cost more than $14.99 at Victoria's Secret. Yes, I should hand wash them--but who has the time? After six washes (cold wash, gentle detergent, line dry), all my undergarments look great and the ball looks pretty sturdy. The complete care set retails for $13.99 in specialty stores throughout the U.S. and online at (
