Something that should be a part of every woman's daily wardrobe is a great pair of sunglasses! I find myself picking up a pair or two each season and I get especially excited about choosing my spring sunnies. You'll rarely find me stepping out of the house without my trusty sunnies, but that's especially true when the warm weather hits.
Here in Florida, spring weather is what the rest of the country would probably consider summer. The sun is uber strong and it's important to keep my eyes protected. Even if it's not ninety degrees in your neck of the woods, it's always a good idea to wear sunglasses whenever you go outside and not just to protect your eyes.
Select a large and in charge pair and you can keep crows feet at bay too. And there is always the added benefit of dark circles coverage. Your kiddos might have kept you up all night, but the world will never know it if you face it in a pair of chic sunglasses. Just sayin'. Trust me...I know. I don't think my circles have gone away since my bouncing baby girl came into the world almost six years ago. Haha!
Whether you're looking for spring sunglasses trends like tortoise and retro shapes...or a maybe just a classic pair of aviators, I've got you covered with this spring sunglasses roundup. Personally, I want all of the above. I like to have a pair that works with casual looks like my weekend warrior uniform of a v-neck tee and boyfriends, as well as a decidedly dressier pair for occasions like daytime weddings or brunch with the girls. I love rockin' cat eyes with dresses. They're so sassy and feminine no?

Spiked Apple Cider Pops
September in the South is, in my opinion, still summer. The eighties and nineties always prevail and make the traditional fall flavors that I crave so much slightly out of reach. As much as I want to relax and sip on some hot cider, at the moment, I still need something iced. ...read more

The Coolest Sunglasses for Moms Right Now
The four silhouettes we picked are all trendy and timeless. Invest in one of these and you'll never go out of style.
- Tortoise Shell: ($145). Get your prescription filled or get them non RX. This vintage-inspired number is all about the details with gorgeously beveled round lenses and a brow bar that delicately bridges the face front. Shop on Warby Parker here.
- Classic Aviators ($176). Originally designed in 1937 for US pilots, this Ray Ban silhouette never goes out of style, now you can personalize them with a fun lens color. Get them on Amazon here. (note: this is an Amazon Affiliate link)
- Cat-Eye Sunglasses ($38). The upswept and elongated silhouette of today's cat-eye styles can be accredited to designer Altina Schinasi's harlequin frames, which were designed to offer the glasses-wearing women of the '30s a chicer, more feminine option. Shop Anthropologie here.
- Jackie O Oversized: ($265). This is perfect everyday pair of sunglasses as they look great at the beach or in the city. One of my favorite interpretations of this shape is by Burberry. Shop on Sunglass Hut here.
