Do you dress in red, white and blue to celebrate the summer holidays? Over the years, I have refined the art of wearing the patriotic colors without looking like I am stepping into a parade. This year, I have another fun outfit idea for July 4th. I'm wearing red, white and blue florals to celebrate our country.

Fun Outfit Idea For July 4th
Wearing red white and blue doesn't mean looking like a flag. I do love stripes, but this top is a fun way to turn the traditional on its head.
I'm wearing the Flipside Blouse from Cabi. I styled it with the V in the front, but it can also be worn in the back. This is one of the spring pieces I picked. It also works great with the Cabi Bell Jacket. It can be paired with nautical items as well as boho trends.
I wore the top with frayed hem denim and a favorite long cardigan (also from Cabi) with silver sneakers and my go-to navy backpack from Anello.
Summer Outfit Idea For July 4th and Beyond
This is an easy outfit to wear when traveling. All the pieces can mix and match with other things and they stay pretty clean. The shiny sneakers have been to Europe and back and made my feet very happy. Always have some trendy sneakers with you when you travel.

More on the Backpack
I got this navy Anello Limited Edition Rucksack at a blogging event hosted by Always, and I am now obsessed with it. I usually carry totes, but this nifty bag is saving me a trip to the chiropractor.
It's a Japanese brand made of a poly canvas. It's super sturdy and perfect to fit my laptop and work gear. I'll be lucky if I get to keep it. The girls have been eyeing this bag for the upcoming school year.
