Every year around this time, my house gets a serious case of the blahs. I know logically it's not my house. It's me. I'm a little bored. But, freshening up my house always seems to improve my outlook. One way I like to bring newness to my house is by adding a new throw to drape on our couch. Since it's pretty cold in my house, I can feel good about my purchase because it's practical (and fun). There are so many stylish throws to choose from graphic and trendy to classic and subtle. Here are a few of my favorites...

The Greek Key Throw from Furbish would make any chair or couch look trendy. Also available in gray. Made from 74% recycled cotton, 24% acrylic and 2% other recycled fibers. Size: 50? x 60? ($150)

I also can't get enough of the Pendleton 5th Avenue Glacier Park Throw. The striped, primary colors look so classic and modern in their own way. Made from super fine merino wool and the most luxurious throw Pendleton makes. Size: 54" x 72" with 3" fringe. ($138)
