In our battery-clad world it is refreshing to learn about a company like Once Upon a Treehouse that focuses on the simplicity of creative play while also featuring products that are made using eco-friendly materials.

Founded by mothers and sisters Lori Kay Schoeneman and Tara Schoeneman-Brown, Once Upon A TreeHouse (check out our review here) has a focus on eco-friendly, handmade, wholesome toys that promote quality playtime, and an interactive website with crafts for the family. This includes a collection of DollhousesFurnitureDoll Clothing and the sweetest Dolls like their 15 Inch Dolls and the Dollhouse Dolls. My daughter has been loving her Daisy doll that she carries around with her all the time. With no plastic in sight, these dolls have cotton faces & hands, wool hair, wooden feet and heads stuffed with wool.

The Dollhouses are also incredible with some favorites being the Raspberry Road Manor and the TreeHouse as well as the cute furniture to fill the home like the Living Room and the Nursery.

As a brand, I also really appreciated their craft workshop section that was filled with CraftseBooks and Recipes for the entire family to enjoy.

With Earth Day a few weeks away, Once Upon a Treehouse is a sustainable company that is focusing on hand craftsmanship, eco-friendly materials and fair trade business practices that coupled with their sweet designs makes for a modern company mixed with some old-fashioned fun.
