I like to think that pregnancy style is an extension of my personal style. However, there have been a few pieces that have been in maternity wardrobe that has definitely allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and have fun with new patterns, colors and prints.
One of those pieces is actually one of my favorites with the Leopard Print Dress from maternity designer, Ingrid & Isabel. I typically don't wear leopard or animal prints, but I love how this comfortable knee-length dress is a fun way to dress up for work, a night out, or even when I am with the kids. Featuring a bold and vibrant print, I also love how this lined dress features an adjustable and removeable belt in a cool and comforting brown hue.
As for the accessories, I paired it with a fun silver bag from Big Buddha Handbags, a line of contemporary bags licensed and designed under Steve Madden, Ltd. The style is so fun with the dress, and the best part is that the entire collection is under $100 and completely comprised of eco-friendly vegan materials.
For accessories, I had fun with earrings from the online retailer, Bijuju Accessory Boutique. Featuring your one-stop shop to discover fun and trendy accessories, I loved the bold Golden Pass Earrings with its rhinestones and white and gold trim that I thought paired really well with the fun printed dress.
As for the shoes, I opted for casual and comfortable sandals from Dansko. With a little lift, I love how this Tasha style features a chic curve in the foot that makes this sandal really elegant and fun. I also love how it offers excellent support and combines the perfect mix of casual and contemporary designs.
While pregnancy fashion is all about comfort, I love how there are so many unique ways to showcase your style and step out-of-your fashion comfort zone.
