Knit World Toy for Tots

Image placeholder title

A knit toy that is ponderously pretty and has a terrific mission--that's why this 100% organic cotton squishy globe from TANE Organics'?? tops our list of baby gifts this holiday season. 100% of sales from the I am The World toy ($48) will be allocated to the Remote Classrooms International (RCI) foundation.

Each numbered and limited edition globe is hand made by artisans in the hills of Arequipa, Peru. Crafted with a rattle inside, this eight-inch globe is the perfect gift for any toddler.

The RCI foundation has been set up by Tane to bring education to children living in rural areas, where the basic fundamental of learning is impossible or too challenging, due to location and/or poverty. The vision is to collaborate slowly but deeply, ultimately, impacting the growth of education within a small community. Isn't education the best gift we can give our children and the children of the world?
