Syncing Your Style: Black and White
I am so excited about the latest trend: all things Black and White (Kristin shared her top picks a few weeks ago, and here are more styles for this fun trend). To me Black and White is the most timeless, classic and easiest style trend to wear. Although it is all over the runways, fashion magazines and in every store front, Black and White never goes out of style.
For every momentous occasion I have worn black and white, from my Sweet 16, to prom and it even framed my wedding, needless to say, my closet is ready for this season (and no, my prom dress, although "in", will not be making a debut!)
Michael Kors Blouse shown with Denizen skinny jeans, Anne Klein watch, Malu bow flats (day) & Michael Kors Blouse LOFT velvet skinnys, Calvin Klein Peeptoes (night)
LOFT blouse, CABI pencil skirt, Bandolino boots, Simply Vera Blazer/Striped Madewell Dress/ Black and White banded Dolman, New York & Co.
I am loving the Black and White trend paired with yellow. The yellow CABI skirt adds a bright pop of color and when paired with the mod dot print of my LOFT blouse, the overall look is playful while maintaining its sophistication. I also love wearing straight up black and white and let my accessories do the talking. I love my new sleek, identity protecting, stainless steel clutch from Stewart/ Stand, a company that offers a new assortment of wallets, card cases and small bags crafted from the finest Napa leather, stainless steel and ballistic nylon combinations. Paul Stewart Stand says, It was a natural evolution for our company to expand more broadly into the womens category as this allows us to offer a complete collection to our consumer that addresses all of their needs in wallets and small bags.
Not only are clutches all the rage this season, but this compact, lightweight bag is unique, eco-friendly and functional. (Click here to read more about its innovative technology that protects against RFID theft.)
