As moms we try our best to find the best possible products for both ourselves and our kids. With back-to-school season quickly approaching we all need to be our best where we recently discovered a new way to ensure that we stay healthy thanks supplements, healthy eating, vitamins, toothbrushes, and more. Here are a few of our favorite wellness finds.

1. We recently upgraded our teeth brushing game with the new Emmi-dent ultrasonic oral hygiene system, a motionless brush (doesn’t require brushing) that uses a patented piezo chip inside brushhead. A first to the US, these brushes uses a microchip to destroys bacteria. My whole family has been using these system (you can change out the brushes) and I love how it prevent bleeding gums and effortless cleans their teeth while also working to prevent tooth decay and bad breath. It also works to help remove those everyday stains like coffee, tea, cigarette and wine in a gentle and non-abrasive way. This is great for cleaning everything from crowns to implants and can even be used for those that have braces! An Emmi-dent starter kit is $189 and includes a hand piece, charging station, two brush heads, and Emmi-dent Nano-bubble toothpaste. Toothpaste and brush head refills can be purchased separately. All are available via www.emmi-dent.com or www.amazon.com

2. Health is really all about what we put into our body and for some inspiration, I have been using the new cookbook, Beating the Lunch Box Blues by J.M. Hirsch. Published under Rachael Ray Books, Beating the Lunch Box Blues will inspire you to have a healthy and wholesome lunch with its delicious recipes like Sushi Salad, Speedy Beef Stew, Steamed Dumplings, Ham and Cheese Muffin cups and much more. After reading this cookbook, I realized how boring my lunches where and used the gorgeous, easy-to-follow photos to guide me on a path to fun, wholesome and delicious lunches for both myself and my kids.

3. One of our new favorite wellness find is from Topricin and their Topricin for Children line that is designed to soothe the skin, moisturizes, provides vibrancy and relief to uncomfortable dryness of the skin on the face, hands and feet and provides rapid healing. This is great to have in the medicine cabinet for back-to-school - especially for injuries and bruising and most skin conditions. It can also help with eczema, psoriasis, calluses and dry flaky heels. dry, cracked skin and sun and wind burn.

Another favorite product is the Tube Topricin that can also act as a beauty product thanks to its highly purified water, plus coconut oil, which is a fabulous emollient for skin and provides natural and healthy moisture that can even be applied to cellulite and used to treat under-eye puffiness.

4. We are loving the online retailer, Puritan’s Pridewhere we have discovered high quality nutritional supplements. Featuring over 1,400 vitamins, minerals, herbs and other nutritional supplements in its state-of-the art facilities located throughout the U.S, we love their Green Tea Liquid Extract and Double Strength Omega-3 fish oil and their beauty finds like the Tea Tree Oil Shampoo and Natural Collagen and Placenta Night Creme.
