While we love covering the national and international trends, we also love brands that are close to home. One of our favorites is the Brooklyn based design company Selzter Goods. They make everything from totes, greeting cards, art prints, gift items, and stationery - all with the mission to make your work and personal life happier.

Founded by Gay Lam and Brian Gold, the fun Selzter Goods is located in the old Pencil Factory building in Brooklyn, feeding them continuous creativity. A boutique firm without the boutique attitude, Seltzer has created a distinct product line that’s witty, “now”, and green in just four years.

Great for gifts or as a way to enhance your home or office, we love the Bee Happy Notebook, Flamingos Pen, and the fun Brooklyn Scenes Magnets as a way to enhance any fridge.

As for fashionable totes, we love the Brooklyn Neighborhoods, Brooklyn Bridge and the Big Heart Tote.

In addition to creating collections that fit different moods, themes and occasions, Gay and Brian blend originality, humor and a dash of fine art into all of their eco-friendly products in an effort to create a smile out of each recipient.Seltzer also collaborates on designs with other manufacturers, such as Keds Collective, Barnes & Noble, Recycled Paper Greetings, Badge Bomb, Tiny Prints, and Blue Q.
