Time is something that there is just never enough of when you become a mom. As masters of multitasking we love to fit in fitness into our day and one simple way to do so is with in-home fitness programs. From online fitness programs to DVDs as well as some of our favorite fitness clothing, here are some ways to sneak in fitness right in the comfort of your own home.

For sneakers, we are loving the new ABEO AEROsystem. available at the Walking Company, the shoe includes infuses advanced technology that provides air-infused performance comfort as well as a responsive outsole designed to return energy as it also reduces impact on joints, and absorb shock. We also love the ABEO Rynner styles that come in blue citrus, light grey, pewter berry and navy.

As for workout clothes, we love Janji, a new fitness brand that gives back by donating clean water and nutritional medicine to developing countries around the world. This includes a line of chic and on-trends fitness clothing such as the fun Women's Tights, the Women's Rwanda Woven Basket TeeWomen's Peru Woven Textile Tee and the Women's Windbreaker - all of which give back to those in need.

Living in NYC, I basically walk for my exercise. To help me track my steps I have been using the FitBit with the FitStudio by Sears program. Through this “Points for Progress” program, members are incentivized to get and stay fit. To sign up simply visit, where you can connect a fitness app or device as you tracking your activity level. You can also earn Shop Your Way points that can be used for merchandise in stores and online at Sears and Kmart. In fact, as part of the #FitIn14 challenge, members can earn $5 in points (5,000 points) for every 14 miles walked or run in 2014.

A New York favorite, Physique 57, recently launched the video Physique Trim & Tone. This online workout features a mix of Tanya Becker’s, Co-Founder of Physique 57, favorite fat-burning barre exercises from the Physique 57 DVD series. The video requires a portable ballet barre or sturdy piece of furniture, a set of weights (5lbs or 8lbs), Physique 57 exercise ball, exercise mat and a thick towel or cushion. Another way to get toned for spring right at home for only $5.00.

One of my favorite new DVDs is Calorie Killer Yoga with Colleen Saidman Yee. Grouped into five areas of focus, the DVD combines mind and strength aspects of yoga with the benefits of torching calories that you normally can only get from a cardio workout. Personally, I love the Rise and Shine section in the morning that is only 15 minutes to get you moving through the day. I also love Balance and Restore, a gentler process to bring balance to your body and Sustained Burn, Constant Cardio and Energy and Endurance for more calorie burning. Calorie Killer Yoga is available in stores nationwide and

We are loving FitFusion, a new subscription-based service that streams fitness DVDs from renowned experts and merging trainers, including Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, Cassey Ho and Jennifer Nicole Lee. This currently covers 15 trainers that cover 7 fitness categories (Pre- and Post-natal, Strength, Yoga, Pilates, etc) and more than 100 videos that will continue to grow. Personally, I love this for travel or in the home where you can access the video by a computer, phone, iPad and through Apple TV, where you can check out numerous videos and styles for only $5.99 month - making this system way more affordable than a gym membership.

If you are looking for a post workout tea or to boost your metabolism, we love Zhena's Slim Me Tea, a nationally acclaimed brand of organic teas and herbal infusions. They recently launched a natural wellness tea called Extra Strength Slim Me that features delicious flavors like Raspberry Mint, Cranberry Ginger, Peach Vanilla, and Superfruit Mixed Berry.
