Friday Finds: Favorite Journals and Planners for Moms

Favorite Journals and Planners

While most of my writing is done via my computer, I do still love to write out my thoughts and my calendar in a traditional journal or planner. There is something so simple, but effective about using a pen and paper and I find that it helps to stay organized by double-checking my busy week. Here are few of organizational favorites.

1. Sugar Paper: We are big fans of the stylish planners and notebooks from LA-based Sugar Paper. Featuring modern colors and fonts, our personal favorites are the Polka Dot Kraft, Kate Desk Calendar, and the chic Kraft Market List.

2. Mom Agenda: A favorite of ours is the collection of planners and journals from Mom Agenda. Featuring home organizers, day planners, notebooks and journals, you are sure to find something for your organizational needs from Mom Agenda. Our personal favorites are the momAgenda All-in-One FoliomyAgenda Mini and the sweet 'Every Day is Mothers Day' Journal.

4. Journals Unlimited: Although we don't like to think about it, it is important to write down your wishes for after you pass. One way to do so in a very organized way is with Journals Unlimited and their When I’m Gone – My Wishes, Info, and Thoughts journal. Through this comprehensive journal you can charter your personal wishes, and thoughts as well as personal information. This also includes places to write down the locations of your important documents, including Wills, Power of Attorney, financial and insurance info, service providers, credit card info, and usernames & passwords. It also features several pages for funeral wishes, a health history, education, and work history along with a family tree. Made in the USA with soy-based ink, this journal is a great way to communicate to those that you love while also chronicling your personal dreams and thoughts.
