As a 30-something mom, I've seen my body go through a lot of changes since I had my first child over six years go. I've given birth to two beautiful children and, as such, I'm somewhat curvier and there are a few more lumps and bumps than there used to be, but you know what? That's ok! If you don't already, I know you want to feel great in your own skin and it may have taken me awhile, but I'm finally much more comfortable with my new figure.
I brought two little lives into this world and a bit of extra fat or a few stretch marks mean nothing in light of that. That being said, I still like to look my best and I've found that wearing flattering clothing I feel comfortable in goes a long way in helping me feel great in my own skin.
I've always been a big fan of prints and donning a slimming print does wonders for camouflaging extra weight around the midsection. As you can see, my dress is body hugging, yet flattering because of the print and ruching along the side. If you would have asked me a year ago if I would be willing to rock a body con dress, I would have said no way! It took me accepting that my body is different and there is nothing wrong with that to realize that I was missing out on some really fun fashions because of my self image hangups.
While I truly appreciate the miracles my body has achieved that doesn't mean I'm opposed to a little tweaking. I eat a clean diet and exercise regularly, but there are certain parts of me that just seem resistant to change and that's where something like CoolSculpting, a non-surgical way to to get rid of unwanted fat in the abdomen, love handles and thighs, would be great! CoolScultping is not intended as a weight loss program. It works best for people who are close to their ideal body weight, but have some stubborn fat that has not responded to diet and exercise. Raising my hand over here. Haha! Mama wants to bare those thighs in some cute cutoffs. Just sayin'.

A recent survey found that 88% of women would like to improve one area of their body before they consider themselves bikini ready. Can I pick two? Haha! I think my bikini days are behind me, but I love wearing glam, one-piece maillots. They're perfect for this mama's curves and my maillots just might look even better with a little help. I think the best time to consider something like non-invasive fat reduction is when you're already comfortable in your own skin. Then everything else is gravy!
