While we love fashion, we also admire fashion with a purpose and one of our favorite new brands is Hidden Baby, a company that connects consumers to understand the needs of babies while also providing on-trend accessories.
Headed by sisters Kelsey (Co-Founder and Creative Director) and Courtney Montague (Co-Founder and COO), Hidden Baby is focused on creating socially conscious accessories to inspire change while also being beautiful.
This includes a mission that all babies should be able to thrive as well as "live and learn in safe, loving environments." Since babies cannot speak for themselves and demand a safe life, Hidden Baby aims to be the voice of babies where they donate a portion of their profits to various organizations that are working to assist babies-in-need. This includes working with Baby's Space (Minnesota), Baby Buggy (New York), and Happy Life Children's Home (Kenya). Most recently, they donating 10% of online sales to Every Mother Counts during the month of May to support this efforts and awareness for maternal health.
In addition to the charitable aspect, the Hidden Baby bags are also perfect for moms - offering a fashionable and stylish bag that are also spacious to handle everything you need for life with kids on-the-go. This includes fun styles like Butterfly Love, Iris Garden, and Giraffe Style - all of which are made with an environmentally friendly canvas exterior, faux leather handles and base, and a water resistant interior. Personally, I loved the space of the bag that holds everything from my laptop to snacks for the kids (and much more). I also love that it has a pocket for my cellphone, business cards, or my keys. Each bag also features a baby in the design, where like the name of their brand, you can better feel connected and understand that the bag you purchase through Hidden Baby is committed to social change.
Additionally, Kelsey and Courtney also sell stunning bracelets, scarves, and shoes created by Kelsey that are super cute and trendy for any mom. They also have a really fun blog where you can discover everything from fashion to food to the simplicity of their time together as sisters in NYC. Filled with beautiful pictures, I have been loving their collection of food stories, real mom profiles and personal anecdotes that truly reflects their altruistic mission.
