As parents we believe that healthy living and wellness is the foremost important aspect of what we can pass onto our children. Whether it be through encouraging physical activity or healthy eating, health and the tools it takes to be healthy are part of the keys to them becoming healthy adults.

As a mom-on-the-go, I also always look for easy, affordable and convenient ways to meet my own person health needs and stick with my healthy habits. For me that means trips to my regular Walgreens to stock up on everyday and seasonal health essentials.

With May Being Women's Health Month, this has been a great to stock up essentials for summer such as sunscreen and vitamins. Other items that are important to my health are Aveeno wipes for healthy skin, tissues for healthy noses, floss for healthy teeth and method cleaner for a healthy bathroom. A simple and one-stop location to find everything you need, Walgreens provides an incredible selection so that your home is well equipped with the items you need as to work to create a build the healthiest home possible for you and your kids.

While picking up these healthy essentials, I loved how Walgreens highlights health tidbits and facts about everything from the benefits of vitamins to lip care. This is great way to connect consumers to what they need by offering answers to common everyday health answers.

As parents we are doing our best to instill our children with healthy habits. Thanks to places like Walgreens we can find all of our everyday stapes in one place -making it so much easier to ensure that our homes are always stocked up with the affordable solutions for a healthy home.
