Like many families, we are up early to start our day. My older daughter is out of the house by 7am but I always make sure that she starts her day with a healthy breakfast. From yogurt to eggs to fruit, we have tried it all. A tried-and-true (and quick) favorite is cereal. A quick bowl with Almond milk and she is ready for the day and it makes me feel good to have her off to a good start.
A new favorite in our breakfast rotation is the collection of cereals from Bitsy’s Brainfood. With a mission to make healthy fun, Bitsy's launched a line of organic fruit & vegetable cereals built around its core principles, that healthy bodies and healthy minds are connected and learning to “eat smart” should be fun.
This includes a line of three tasty flavor combinations: Fruit & Veggie 1,2,3, Carrot Raisin Crunch, and Banana Squash Squares – the new line offers families a smarter cereal alternative made from real, organic ingredients that kids want and need and packaged in way that’s educational and fun.
