Now she has a new treat, the Anne Geddes Pregnancy Magazine.
Anne, a mom of two herself, recently introduced her captivating new pregnancy project my Pregnancy: A Woman's Story to the U.S, a magazine that follows the diverse and heartwarming narratives of pregnancy and new motherhood. I was immediately struck by her warm and inviting demeanor as she went through the details and the stories of the women highlighted and photographed throughout the book. Anne noted that she hopes to bring to light the truly universal story of motherhood. She also explained how she picked women from all walks of life, all in their final months of pregnancy as well as when their babies were born to openly share their unique birth stories.
Filled with heartwarming stories and illustrated with personal photographs of each woman and behind-the-scenes imagery from Anne's studio, I loved seeing how elements of nature were composed to explore themes of new motherhood, love and life.
