It's almost summer and that means friends and relatives will be swarming into NYC for visits. Want a family-friendly way to see the island. Try a Circle Line cruise.

I've lived in the city for ten years and just went on my first Circle Line adventure. We loaded up off the 42nd St. piers in our group an elderly guest, two toddlers, grownups and tweens--everyone loved it.

You won't get run ragged trying to cruise all over Manhattan, you get cool breezes and you'll see parts of NYC you might otherwise miss.

I suggest the 3 hour Full Island Cruise. Bring snacks (food is available on board, but it is pricey and middling at best) and settle in to enjoy the ride.

You'll see:

* 3 rivers
* 7 major bridges
* 5 boroughs
* 25+ world renowned landmarks
* Magnificent close-ups of the Statue of Liberty

Adults: $34
Children: $21
Senior Citizens: $29

During the summer there are four times each day: April 25-September 7
10:00am; 12:30pm; 2:00pm; 4:30pm
(Special schedule on July 4th)
