My life is a great balance of glamour and grit. Some days I get to prance around in high heels, other's I'm the carpool queen with a car packed with 8 year olds. It's all about balance.
Since I've got a lot on my plate, I don't skimp on things that can save me time and do double-duty. I've long been a Bounty user (complete honesty--our cleaning lady won't use anything else) so when I got the chance to test the new Bounty's DuraTowel it was easy to say yes.
While I do have help with the "weekly clean," I also do daily cleans and am the chief counter cleaner in our family. In fact, I'm a little fanatical about the counters. I wipe them down 2x a day. Of course these new towles were equal to the task of counter clean-up, but here's what they also did--made lunch prep easier.
You can see my little system. I gather supplies, rinse veggies, craft sandwiches, etc. Rather than get one towel for drying the veggies and another for clean-up, I was able to use one durable towel from start to finish. It was like having a dishcloth and a paper towel all in one.
Each night I painstakingly prepare the girls' lunches. As you can see, there are many vegetables involved. Which means rinsing and drying. I'm not a perfect mom, nor a crafty mom, but this is I job I relish doing. I try to find cute containers and make the lunches nutritious colorful and fun. These new towels made my nightly ritual even more pleasant.
With one towel, I was able to get the job done from start to finish. Eco-friendly and efficient!
After a single day's use a dishcloth can harbor millions of germs. Bounty DuraTowel leaves surfaces three times cleaner than a used dishcloth,* so ditch the dishcloth and switch to new DuraTowel. https://www.facebook.com/Bounty
