The Bari Koral Family Rock Band released their second CD Anna and the Cupcakes on February 14th. This wonderfully sweet collection of songs is sure to be enjoyed by both kids and their parents.
In addition to the infectious title track Anna and the Cupcakes (which relates both the joys and agonies of eating too many cupcakes), other tunes include 'Butterfly,' which talks about the story of a cocoon turning into a butterfly which is loosely based on Eric Carle's book The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and a cover of the folk-rock band the Avett Brothers' 'Kick Drum Heart,' which is a crowd favorite at our house.
If you're looking for a beautiful song and video to share with your kids on Valentine's Day or any day, I can't recommend enough taking some time to enjoy 'Hearts' with your family, which is the first single off the new CD Anna and the Cupcakes and celebrates "big, big love."
