Do you love the idea of shopping with your friends at home? We've talked about CAbi, Avon and Stella & Dot and now we have another one--Ava Gray Direct, a New York based fashion company. The concept with all these companies is similar--gather your friends and acquaintances and make a profit from your style. It's not crass-women need great clothes and the often need a strong opinion to steer them in the right direction.A flexible, in-home sales career can be perfect for a busy mom who can't make full-time work but wants to boost her income.
Most of what I found on Ava Gray is under $100. The fashions are on the more casual side, but can certainly be integrated into a work wardrobe. The dress I'm featuring has a fun zipper detail. It's an easy jersey knit that can be dressed up for the office or spiced up for the weekend. You can see the full online collection here www.avagraydirect.com Expect to pay under $80 for a dress like this.
In addition to the dress being from a shop-at-home company, I'm sharing a trendy jacket from mark by Avon. This is the
($50). I love layering ANYTHING with this jacket. From jeans to my distressed denim, I reach for this jacket again and again. It adds great texture and with the unexpected temperatures of this winter, I never want to venture out without a jacket. TREND ALERT: The faux leather trim on this jacket always score lots of compliments.
When wearing all black, you've got to add accessories. I added a woven black belt from Vince Camuto.
And why not add a little more texture with the shoes you wear? These mesh shoes are called the Ginni by BCBGMAXAZRIA it's a mix of thick mesh upper with nappa leather trim. So chic and the platform makes them easy to wear for such a high heel.

Momtrends was not paid for this post. As always, we get a lot of free clothing to style. But no one paid me to put any of this together. We are sponsored by Avon, but this was not a dedicated post.
