MoMA is taking on the kitchen. Counter Space: Design and the Modern Kitchen is the perfect exhibit for food lovers or anyone who craves clean modern design. See how kitchen spaces have transformed over the years. Kids will love all the recognizable art in the space--and they'll love that the exhibit can be seen in about 45 minutes--perfect before a romp in the outdoor garden. We're all for bite-sized art for the kids. Here are a few of our favorite things from the show.

Main Feature: We love the kitchen they lived from Germany and planted in the middle of the exhibit. Frankfurt Kitchen from the Höhenblick Housing Estate, Frankfurt, Germany (reconstruction). 1926–27

Vegetarian delight: A poster pushing vegies over meat.

Reminds me of my mom's cabinets growing up. Love the vintage Tupperware.
