iVillage.com just launched a swell makeover tool that I've been playing with all afternoon (or at least for the past 30 minutes). The gist of it--you can try on new hairstyles and makeup trends on a virtual model without spending a $.
Try on a celebrity's look in just a click. Can't afford extensions? Try on Beyonce's long golden locks and find out virtually. Want to find out if you can pull off Carrie Underwood's eleaborate eye makeup? Try it on yourself for free. I couldn't get the photo upload to work so I had to find a model that looked kind of like me to use this, but it's s fun way to fool around with your style. Maybe a playdate with your tween?
