Stride Rite has done it's homework on what's important for developing feet. They have us covered with the three stages in children's shoes: pre-walker, walker and "where the heck did he go?" (they call it "off and running") and each stage has adorable shoes that look so good, you won't even need to hear about all the bells and whistles.

For the pre-walkers, fall brings every tot's favorite monster in a 3D, soft sole shoe. These Robeez by Stride Rite 3D Elmo shoes will make baby boys and girls smile with that bright red familiar face.

The SRT Motion Mallory shoes are as stylish as they are practical. With grooves for balance and lightweight construction, little girls get their footing and look stylish.

For boys, the SRT Soft Motion Hedgehogs are sporty and colorful. I love the blue and orange combination! I don't see an actual hedgehog on the shoe, so they must be referring to the type of shoe. (Darn!)
