We're sharing one of our favorite fashion finds--Kurta's from Roberta Freymann. The designer has breezy beach fashions for your kids (these cover-ups plus swim wear) at her UES location and online. But we say it's worth a trip to the store. Named for a fable Roberta found on discarded fabric in India telling the tale of Roberta Roller Rabbit, this brand is best described as a cornucopia of colorful India-inspired clothing.

To beat the heat and look cool, be sure to pick up a Kurta for $50 (a traditional item of clothing typical of India with a loose, soft cut, with a narrow v-neck). Perfect for a day at the beach or worn casually with leggings or jeans. For boys, you'll love the same prints in board shorts ($65).

And the store is a dream to shop. All vibrant colors and rich textiles. Painted a warm yellow with original wooden floor boards this is a shop that will lower your pulse and invite you inside. Maybe you'll even find something to add to your closet.
