Who doesn't remeber OshKosh B'??gosh from childhood? Well the brand is making a comeback. I was lucky to be invited to the opening of the brand new OshKosh B'??gosh store in the new Nordstrom'??s Wing of South Shore Plaza in Braintree. It did take extreme self control to walk past a Nordstrom'??s shoe department to get to a kid'??s clothing store, I have to be honest. But how could I not? It'??s OKB.

The new store opened on Saturday, October 9, with an all-out celebration full of fun for the kids, games, and even charitable giving opportunities to one of my favorite charities--Cradles to Crayons, a Quincy-based nonprofit organization that equips homeless and in-need children with the basic essentials they need to feel safe, warm, ready to learn and valued. Definitely a good cause, in this mom's opinion.
We in the Boston area are thrilled to be able shop those petite cute and colorful OKB outfits (all the way up to the not-so petit size 12). And not only is it a new store; it'??s also the first one in the country in a mall.
And the entire month of October, there are huge sales going on. Most of the store is 40% off, even 60% in some cases. And I typically don'??t sign up for anything. I have too much junk mail, thank you very much. But their email list promises coupons galore'??you can even use them together (pile them on!) and on sale items.
So Boston, you'll definitely see us parading through the aisles of puffy coats, great sweaters and jeans for our daughter. Or should I say, by gosh you will. For a store near you visit www.oshkoshbgosh.com
