The Met is a NYC treasure--yet the tickets can be pricey--especially if you want to make it a family affair. Here's your chance to listen to world-class talent for free. In the next 10 days there are four free performances in the Summer Series--one in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Manhattan.

The performances will include selections from Puccini, Donizetti, and of course Mozart. Pack a picnic, bring a blanket and soak in some of the finest entertainment available--who knows you may just open a new world to your kids.
