What's for dinner, you ask?
How about tacos? I know, I know... It's not Tuesday. But it is National Taco Day, and I can't think of a better, more delicious, spicier way to celebrate.
Stuffed with ground meat, chicken, shrimp, or fish, I don't discriminate. Add all the fixings from lettuce to black beans to pico to peppers to corn to guac, and I'm in all my meal-time glory!
Tacos are my go-to meal and a staple in my diet, which is why I like to switch things up, get fancy, and try new creative recipes and dishes.
From salads to soups to pizzas and more, I've rounded up a few muy muy deliciosa recipes to enjoy tonight, tomorrow, and every evening. Who says tacos are exclusive to Tuesdays?
