Korean Beauty Packaging That Speaks for Itself

I love experimenting with new skincare and beauty products as much as the next gal. But with so many different brands and products on the market, there are seemingly endless options to choose from. What Mama has time to leisurely browse the aisles of Sephora, reading through every active ingredient in every exfoliating facial mask to determine which one she should take home and try?! Can't you just give me the low-down basics or show me in super-basic hieroglyphic symbols? Give me beauty product shopping for dummies--as simple as it gets.

Suffice to say, simplicity is just one of the reasons I'm digging the Korean beauty trend. The products and packaging speak for themselves. I knew that this kitschy-cute product contained egg extract the second I snagged it, just by looking at it.

Korea is ahead of the curve and at the forefront of beauty, expanding the market, setting trends, and producing some really cool products to boot. And while the results are always of the utmost importance, the packaging is pretty darn awesome too--from the cute and campy and cartoonish to the wacky and weird. I've rounded up a few must-try Korean beauty products that require no explanation. Just check out the packaging, and you'll know what it's for or what it does or what ingredient is at its core... Because, beauty really is a universal language.
