International Dance Celebration for Kids NYC
Back for their sixth consecutive year, National Dance Institute's Celebration Team brings a joyous afternoon of dance to the stage at Symphony Space. More than 50 children, ages 9-15, will perform favorite works from National Dance Institutes (NDI) repertory, including highlights from the 2010 Event of the Year: The Storyteller featuring Isaiah Sheffer.
For more than 34 years, NDI, a not-for-profit organization founded by New York City Ballet star Jacques d'Amboise, has transformed the lives of more than 2 million public school children through their award-winning arts and learning programs. For more information, visit www.nationaldance.org
