It seems like at least one person I know is having a baby at all times so I'm always on the lookout for cool new baby gift ideas. In fact, one of my best friends is about to have her very first baby, a little boy, so I've been collecting cool baby clothes, gear and more for the past few months so I could present her with an epic baby gift when the new man of the family arrives. And since I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing a baby boom in her circle, I thought I would share some of my favorite gift ideas for baby boys...
First up, we have adorable hooded towels, bath mitts and bibs from Zoocchini. The creature designs are too cute and the terry material is a nice, heavy weight, which all us moms know is super important when it comes to sopping up all that moisture. Skimpy towels are our nemesis. Haha!
Next up we have the Skip Hop Pop Prints 3-piece baby gift set. I'm all for colors that go beyond the traditional pink and blue. This lime green set would be perfect for a boy or a girl. And can we talk about the snaps? Snaps are a new moms best friend! Am I right?
And also from Skip Hop, the Star Struck Footies and Hat Set is a another darling set that any mama to be would surely love. I can't get over the mixed prints and lightning bolts myself. This is definitely a set fit for the modern mama.
Ok, I'm not done yet. I'm sorry. Skip Hop just has the cutest prints....And their ABC-123 prints is one of the cutest. We all know how many bodysuits newborns can go through in a day right? My babies lived in them when were at home and I felt like I was changing them constantly, so having a healthy supply of onesies on hand is never a bad thing.
No baby gift is complete without Trumpette baby socks in my book. I try to add them to every baby gift I give. Not only did I use them non-stop with my own bambinos, but the vast array of adorable styles means there is a set meant for every baby. In this case, I went with hunter's.
Moving on from clothes, we have the Skip Hop Moby Sling Bath. When my kiddos were babies, I remember wanting baby gear that wasn't garish and this bath is cute enough to fit in anyone's powder room. Plus, it made for the perfect gift container for my baby gift.
And this super chic Newlie Louise diaper bag was just what I needed to store the clothes I'm giving her in...Not only is the backpack design uber useful, but it converts to a shoulder or cross body style bag in case mama isn't in the mood for a backpack.
So, as you can see, all of these goodies together made for a pretty cute baby gift! It's all about the presentation baby!
