Fall came pretty quickly, and while I love summer I also really appreciate the change of seasons (and the fashions are a lot of fun, too)! For fall, I have been thinking a lot about new dress styles and looks for work that can also translate to next season. I recently learned about a new brand called Shabby Apple, a website whose mantra is "a return the way dresses were always meant to be - a one piece outfit. No need to add anything - no tank tops, no cardigans, nothing." I loved that they focus on creating sharp and chic dresses, skirts and accessories offering women outfits they can wear to events, work or for date night.
As a company that is made for women, by women, and of women, Shabby Apple features a unique collection of dresses and styles that are modern, chic, vintage-inspired and fun for every women.
Fall Dresses from Shabby Apple
For my review, I tested out the Top Gun dress, an adorable and sophisticated dress that featured a simple silhouette in red and black. I immediately loved it when I saw it online and knew that it was something that reminded me of my style. I loved the cute flowing billowing sleeves as well as the black sash that I wrapped around my body where I tied it with a bow. I also loved the v-neckline as well as how loose-fitting the dress was around my entire body - no bunching to make me feel uncomfortable, but it hung and fit the right way. I also loved the long sleeves for fall, bold colors as well as the gorgeous Crepe de Chine Silk that made it feel amazing as it wore it throughout the day.
Designed exclusively for Shabby Apple by Edelweiss by Sarah, this is one dress that I am so excited to wear throughout the fall as well as through winter with its chic and unique look that is quite the statement without looking overdone.
Shabby Apple also offers tons of other dress options for fall and some of my favorites at the vintage-inspired Tigris that features a captivating and elegant collar dress as well as neck and generous patch pockets complete in a modern burnt orange color. I also loved the Estate Dress and its cute black and white woolen tweed as well as the chic Ponderosa complete with the unique sleeves.
There are really so many unique looks offered on the site from upcoming designers to collections with unique themes like zoology, south pacific, academia, mad hatter and many more!
Although I am going to miss summer, Shabby Apple makes it easy to embrace the styles of fall to help you look chic, stylish and warm for the season.
