In honor of Earth Day which is coming up on April 22nd, I thought it would be fun to share a few of my favorite eco friendly children's brands.
My little ones both have uber sensitive skin and organic fabrics just seem to work better for them. Not only are they super soft, but they don't contain the irritants that some other fabrics do that can be rough on that baby soft skin us mamas cherish.
Tomat pieces are made of 100% certified organic comfy-cotton. Your little ones will look darling in their fun, graphic adorned onesies, tees and dresses! I'm partial to the Ginko design myself. It puts the g in green.
How to Care For Your Orchid to Keep it Alive
Flowers are such a balm. Having a bloom in my home can instantly bring my stress level down a few notches. I love getting weekly bouquets from my farm stand and I love having flowering plants in my home too. The trouble is, I'm not great with plant care. I've been wondering how ...read more
Ten Things You Can Do RIGHT NOW to get ready for ski season
I finally see snow in the forecast here in Vermont and that means ski season isn't too far away. Like all gear-intensive sports, you're going to need to do some pre-season work to make sure you're ready for the first snow day. And don't forget, skiing and riding also require ...read more

Another brand that my family loves is Tea. I've literally been a Tea Collection fan for years now. My little dude lives in their clothes. The natural fibers they're made out of must be his cup of tea, because that kid yells for his Tea outfits! Come on over when I'm trying to get him dressed in the morning and you can see what I'm talking about. Haha! His mama loves Tea's global minded focus and commitment to leaving the world a better place with initiatives like its partnership with the Global Fund for Children!
After you've decked out your cherubs in eco friendly fabrics, why not give them an eco focused activity? The Whole World book, CD and activity book are darling ways to keep them occupied and teach them about taking care of their planet! They can be found at Little Sky Children's Boutique.
So, do you plan on joining me by celebrating Earth Day lovelies? Here's to our beautiful planet Earth!
