Dansko Fall Footwear

Shoes are so important in my world. As an admitted shoeaholic, I am always on the hunt for new shoes to add to my collection. Here's the thing, I'm also a really busy urban mom. I've measured my mileage before, and on an AVERAGE day I walk 4 miles. That's not including any workouts. That, my friends, is a lot of miles on my shoes. So while I want great-looking shoes, I'm also realistic. I need shoes that support my busy life too.

one the move with dansko

That's where Dansko comes in. This footwear brand was created over 20 years ago by a husband and wife team. It all started with a revolutionary clog; one that combined amazing support with timeless style. Over the years, the brand has evolved into being more fashion-forward that ever, you'll find boots, flats and of course many, many clogs and mules. As the brand has expanded, they've NEVER lost sight of the core mission--every pair of Dansko shoes are infused with legendary Dansko all-day comfort and support.

I've been wearing my Francine mule NON-STOP.I feel so French tooling around Brooklyn in my Dansko shoes--I've got the 2" of height that make me feel chic, but I've also got a secret--they are more comfortable than flats!

I want to show you more ways to work Dansko into your style. We were lucky enough to have Dansko part of our 3rd Fashion Forward Conference this year. When I styled the models, I paired Dansko with a new NYC designer call Heucy.com. I knew the looks would be amazing.

First up we have the classic Romy boot from the Dansko Naples Collection. The super-stylish Kim Marie-Evans of www.luxurytravelmom.com has been a long-time Dansko fan. I paired this super trendy rouched dress with the 2” wedge bootie. Kim-Marie is all about travel and I knew this look was ideal for this mom on the go.

Fashion stylist and blogger Carly Walko aka www.thirtysomethingfashion.com also showed off the style of the Francine from the Dansko Havana Collection. While I went more casual with my outfit, Carly is dressier. Carly wouldn't be caught dead in boring shoes, pairing the height of the Francine with the comfort of a Dansko shoe is the perfect solution for busy women.

Beautiful Lara Eurdolian rocked the Odessa from the Dansko Marseille collection. Lara shows off her fresh style picks at PrettyConnected. Since she's a trend setter, I knew this sophisticated and strappy boot would be ideal. It's got a sleek fit yet is also incredibly comfortable.

I think you'll agree our models rocked it. And you can too. For more fall styles visit Dansko.com.
